The PIC18F97J94-I/PF is a 8-bit LCD Flash Microcontroller with USB and nanoWatt XLP technology. This family introduces a new line of low-voltage LCD microcontroller with Universal Serial Bus (USB). It combines all the main traditional advantage of all PIC18 microcontrollers, namely, high computational performance and a rich feature set at an extremely competitive price point. This feature makes the PIC18F97J94 family a logical choice for many high-performance applications, where cost is a primary consideration. The PIC18F97J94 family provides ample room for application code, from 32 to 128kB of code space. The flash cells for program memory are rated to last up to 20,000 erase/write cycles. Data retention without refresh is conservatively estimated to be greater than 10 years. Suitable for battery based applications, hand held devices and data loggers.
