DG390ACJ+

The DG390ACJ+ is a general purpose Dual SPDT CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin DIP package. It combines low power operation with fast switching times and superior DC and AC switch characteristics. On-resistance is less than 50 ohm and is constant over the analogue signal range. It is ideal for battery powered circuitry. The switch control logic inputs are fully TTL and CMOS compatible. It also features break before make switching operation and low charge injection. Typical applications include portable instruments, low power sample/hold, power supply switching, programmable gain amplifiers, SPDT & DPDT functions and process control & telemetry.

• Supply voltage range is ± 5V to ± 18V
• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
• Monolithic low power CMOS design
• Latch-up proof construction
• Fully compatible 2nd source
• Fast switching with turn on time of 150ns and turn off time is 130ns
• Analogue signal range from-15V to 15V
