PAM2401SCADJ

PAM2401SCADJ is a high efficiency, current mode, fixed frequency, step-up DC/DC converter with true output disconnect and inrush current limiting. When loading becomes light, the converter will automatically enter PSM to improve efficiency. Other features include: <1µA shutdown, anti-ringing control, hiccup mode at short protection, over-voltage protection and over-temperature protection. Applications include handheld computers, cordless phones, GPS receivers, and battery backup supplies.

• Input voltage range from 0.9 to 4.75V at no load, VO=5V, TA=25°C, VIN=3.3V, VOUT=5V, L=2.2µH
• Shutdown supply current is 0.1µA typ at TA = +25°C, VIN = 3.3V, VOUT = 5V, L = 2.2µH
• Maximum duty cycle is 87.5% typ at TA = +25°C, VIN = 3.3V, VOUT = 5V, L = 2.2µH
• Oscillator frequency is 1MHz typ at TA = +25°C, VIN = 3.3V, VOUT = 5V, L = 2.2µH
