MAX321ESA+

The MAX321ESA+ is a precision, dual-supply, SPST analogue switch in 8 pin NSOIC package. The analogue switch is designed to operate from ±3V to ±8V dual supplies. The MAX321 has two normally closed (NC) switches. Low power consumption (1.25mW) makes this device ideal for battery powered equipment. It offers low leakage currents (100pA max) and fast switching speeds (tON = 150ns max, tOFF = 100ns max). It is powered from ±5V supplies, offers 35ohm max on-resistance (RON), 2ohm max matching between channels and 4ohm max RON flatness. It also offer 5pC max charge injection and a minimum of 2000V ESD protection per Method 3015.7. It is used in battery operated systems, sample and hold circuits, heads-up displays, guidance and control systems, audio and video switching, military radios, test equipment communications systems, ±5V DACs and ADCs, PBX and PABX.

• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
