MAX15006CATT+T

The MAX15006CATT+T is a 40V, ultra-low quiescent-current linear regulator in 6 pin TDFN package. This fixed output regulator operates from an input voltage of 4V to 40V and deliver up to 50mA of output current while consuming only 10μA of quiescent current at no load. The internal P-channel pass device keeps quiescent current low even at full load. It is ideal for use in automotive, battery-operated systems also used in tire-pressure monitoring, networking and telecom.
