The MAX11618EEE+ is a 10bit, 4-channel, serial analogue to digital converter (ADC) with FIFO and internal reference in 16 pin QSOP package. This device has on-chip FIFO, scan mode, internal clock mode, internal averaging and AutoShutdown. The maximum sampling rate is 300Ksps using an external clock contain 10MHz SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE compatible serial port. The MAX11618 communicates between internal registers and external circuitry through SPI /QSPI compatible serial interface. It is used in system supervision, data acquisition systems and data logging.
- Supply voltage range from 4.75V to 5.25V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- 1V to VDD external reference and 4.096V internal reference
- Power supply rejection of ±0.2mV at VDD = 4.75V to 5.25V, full scale input
- 16 entry first-in/first-out (FIFO)
- ±1LSB integral nonlinearity and ±1LSB differential nonlinearity (no missing codes over temperature)
- Offset error of ±0.5LSB and gain error of ±0.5LSB
- Offset error temperature coefficient of ±2ppm/°C FSR and gain temperature coefficient of ±0.8ppm/°C
- Full power bandwidth (-3dB point) of 1MHz and full linear bandwidth (S/(N + D) <gt/> 61dB) of 100KHz
- Supply current of 2300μA (fSAMPLE = 300Ksps) and 0.2μA (shutdown mode) with internal reference
