LTC2324IUKG-12#PBF is a low noise, high-speed quad 12bit+ sign successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with differential inputs and wide input common mode range. Operating from a single 3.3V or 5V supply, this device has an 8VP-P differential input range, making it ideal for applications that require a wide dynamic range with high common mode rejection. It has an onboard low drift (20ppm/°C max) 2.048V or 4.096V temperature-compensated reference. It also has a high-speed SPI-compatible serial interface that supports CMOS or LVDS. The fast 2Msps per channel throughput with no latency makes the device ideally suited for a wide variety of high-speed applications. It dissipates only 40mW per channel and offers nap and sleep modes to reduce the power consumption to 26μW for further power savings during inactive periods. Applications include high speed data acquisition systems, communications, optical networking, and multiphase motor control.

- 55MHz typical -3dB input bandwidth at (TA = 25°C and AIN = -1dBFS)
- Supply current is 31mA typical at (2Msps sample rate (AIN+ = AIN– = 0V))
- Aperture jitter is 1psRMS typical at (TA = 25°C and AIN = -1dBFS)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, 52-lead plastic QFN package
