Housed in a compact, low-cost package, it is ideal for designs requiring the smallest PCB footprint and efficient resource use in embedded and consumer applications.

• Powerful CMTs with PLL and MMCM blocks enable precise, low-jitter, flexible clock management

• Dual 12bit XADC with on-chip thermal and supply sensors
• 256-bit AES encryption with HMAC/SHA-256 and built-in SEU detection and correction
• I/O voltage range from 1.2V to 3.3V
• Available in 196 pin FCBGA package
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 100°C
