ZS4000

ZS4000 is a 4GHz, 0.6pF, 1Mohm high impedance active probe. The ZS series probe is a high impedance, low capacitance active probe that maintain high signal fidelity. A small form factor and a wide variety of accessories ensures the ZS probe meets every difficult probing challenge.
