TSC2012IST is a high voltage, precision, bidirectional current sense amplifier. It can sense the current thanks to a shunt resistor over a wide range of common mode voltages, from - 20V to + 70V. It is able to sense very low drop voltages as low as 10mV full scale minimizing the measurement error. It can also be used in other functions such as precision current measurement, overcurrent protection, current monitoring, and feedback loops. It is used in applications such as high-side current sensing, low-side current sensing, data acquisition and instrumentation, test and measurement equipment, industrial process control, motor control, solenoid control.
- Supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V
- Offset voltage (RTI) is 200µV maximum at (Vcc = 2.7V, Vicm = 12V, T = 25°C)
- Common mode rejection ratio is 115dB typical at (Vcc = 2.7V, Vicm = 12V, T = 25°C)
- Gain is 100V/V typical at (Vcc = 2.7V, Vicm = 12V, T = 25°C)
- Gain error drift is 25ppm/°C maximum at (Vcc = 2.7V, Vicm = 12V, T = 25°C)
- Small signal -3dB bandwidth is 415KHz typical at (Vcc = 2.7V, Vicm = 12V, T = 25°C)
- Slew rate is 2.8V/µs typical at (Vcc = 2.7V, Vicm = 12V, T = 25°C)
- Noise, RTI is 37µVpp typical at (0.1Hz to 10Hz)
- Output leakage current is 50nA typical at (Vcc = 2.7V, Vicm = 12V, T = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, SO8 package
