STSPIN32G0B1 is an advanced brushless motor controller with embedded STM32G0 MCU. The highly integrated system-in-package provides solution suitable for driving three-phase brushless motors using different driving modes extremely reducing the BOM and area. It is composed by four part numbers, for full flexibility in balancing the resources among op-amp for current sensing, GPIOs and specifically dedicated features like a precise reference for the ADC. It embeds a triple half-bridge gate driver able to drive power MOSFETs with a current capability of 600mA (sink and source). A comparator is integrated to perform the overcurrent protection. The device also features overtemperature and undervoltage lockout protections and can be put into standby mode to reduce power consumption. Typical applications include battery supplied power tools, portable vacuum cleaners, pumps and fans, E-bike, lawn mower, industrial automation.

- Up to 3 rail-to-rail operation amplifiers for signal conditioning
- VFQFPN 7 x 7 x 1.0 - 48L package, extended temperature range from -40 to +125°C
