STM32L4P5CEU6 is an ultra-low-power microcontroller based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 32bit RISC core. It operates at a frequency of upto 120MHz. The Cortex-M4 core features a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU), which supports all the Arm® single-precision data-processing instructions and all the data types. The CortexM4 core also implements a full set of DSP (digital signal processing) instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) that enhances the application’s security. This device embeds several protection mechanisms for embedded flash memory and SRAM: readout protection, write protection, proprietary code readout protection, and a firewall. A comprehensive set of power-saving modes allows the design of low-power applications.

- (2) 12bit ADC 10 channels, (2) 12bit DAC channels, 120MHz max CPU frequency
- Operating voltage (VDD) is 1.71V to 3.6V, operating voltage (VDD12) is 1V to 1.32V
- 8-/16bit parallel synchronous data input/output interface (PSSI)
- Industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, UFQFPN48 package
