EFM8LB10F16E-C-QFP32 is an EFM8 Analog Intensive Laser Bee 8bit microcontroller. It features a powerful 8051 core with 72MHz performance and a 14bit, 20-ch. ADC and 2 comparators. It also offers 16KB flash and 1.25KB RAM, along with 6 x 16bit timers, multiple communication interfaces and integrated CAN in a 7x7 mm QFP32 package. With on-chip VDD monitor, watchdog timer and a ±2 internal oscillator and high analogue integration, this MCU is a truly stand-alone system-on-chip solution making it ideal for applications such as optical modules, instrumentation equipment, and factory automation equipment. Typical applications are optical network modules, precision instrumentation, industrial control and automation, smart sensors.

- Up to four 12bit DACs with synchronization and PWM capabilities
- Two low-current analogue comparators with built-in reference DACs
- Internal calibrated temperature sensor (±3°C), internal 72MHz and 24.5MHz oscillator accurate to ±2%
- Four channels of configurable logic,6-channel PWM / PCA, six 16bit general-purpose timers
- Internal LDO regulator for CPU core voltage, power-on reset circuit and brownout detectors
- Selectable state retention through reset events, flexible peripheral crossbar for peripheral routing
- 2xUART, up to 3Mbaud, SPI™, up to 12Mbps, SMBus™/I2C™, up to 400kbps
- Pre-programmed UART or SMBus bootloader, 16bit CRC unit
- Temperature range from -40 to +105°C
