C8051F021-GQR is a highly integrated mixed-signal 8bit microcontroller (MCU) featuring a powerful 8051 core with 25MHz performance. This analogue-intensive MCU features a 12bit, 8-ch., 100Ksps ADC, a 12bit, 2-ch. DAC, and 2 comparators. It also offers 64KB flash, 4.25KB RAM along with additional communication interfaces and 5 x 16bit timers in a 10x10 mm, QFP64 package. With on-chip VDD monitor, watchdog timer, a ±20 internal oscillator, and high analogue integration, this MCU is a truly stand-alone system-on-chip solution, making it ideal for applications such as portable medical equipment, weigh scales, test equipment, and fibre optic systems among others.
