BD80GA5MEFJ-ME2

The BD80GA5MEFJ-ME2 is a LDO regulator in 8 pin HTSOP package. This LDO regulator has an output current 0.5A with output accuracy of ±1%. It has a built-in over current protection for protecting the IC destruction by output short circuit, circuit current ON/OFF switch for setting the circuit 0μA at shutdown mode and thermal shutdown circuit for protecting IC from heat destruction by over load condition. It is usable for ceramic capacitor and enables to improve smaller set and long-life.

• Minimum dropout voltage is 0.6V
• Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified
