BD00C0AWHFP-CTR

The BD00C0AWHFP-CTR is a single output 1A LDO regulator in 5 pin HRP package. It has a built-in over-current protection circuit that prevents the destruction of the IC due to output short circuits and a thermal shutdown circuit that protects the IC from thermal damage due to overloading.

• Supply voltage (Vo ≥3.0V) is Vo+1V to 26.5V, (Vo ≤ 3.0V) is 4V to 26.5V
• Variable output voltage range from 1V to 15V
• Output current is 1A and dropout voltage is 0.3V
• High output voltage accuracy is ±1%
• Low saturation with PDMOS output
• Low ESR capacitor
• Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
