MKE02Z32VQH4 is a Kinetis® KE02-40MHz, entry-level microcontroller based on Arm® Cortex® -M0+ core. It delivers a next-generation solution with enhanced ESD/EMC performance for cost-sensitive, high-reliability device applications used in high electrical noise environments. It offers a cost-effective 32bit solution featuring low power and high robustness. The MCU includes a powerful array of analogue, communication and timing, and control peripherals with varying flash memory size and pin count. It also provides a pin-compatible entry point to the Kinetis E series portfolio, as well as pin compatibility with Our 8-bit S08P family. It features oscillator - loop-controlled pierce oscillator, crystal or ceramic resonator range of 31.25KHz to 39.0625KHz or 4MHz to 20MHz. Also features power management module with three power modes: Run/Wait/Stop, low-voltage detection with reset or interrupt, selectable trip points, watchdog with independent clock source and bit manipulation engine (BME).

- One 2-channel periodic interrupt timer (PIT), one real-time clock (RTC)
- Two SPI modules (SPI), UART modules (UART), one I2C module (I2C) interfaces
- 64 pin QFP package, ambient temperature range from -40 to 105°C
