PESD3V3C1BSFYL is an ultra-low capacitance bidirectional ESD protection diode. This device is housed in a DSN0603-2 (SOD962) leadless ultra-small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) package. The TrEOS protection family is optimized for safeguarding very sensitive high-speed interfaces against ESD pulses with a high level of robustness. The application includes ESD and surge protection for ultra-high-speed datalines, very sensitive interface lines, and generic interface lines in portable electronics, communication, consumer, and computing devices.

• Diode capacitance is 0.2pF typ (f = 1MHz; VR = 0V; Tamb = 25°C)
• ESD protection up to ±20kV according to IEC 61000-4-2
• Reverse standoff voltage is 3.3V max (Tamb = 25°C)
• Breakdown voltage is 10V typ (IR = 1mA; Tamb = 25°C)
• Clamping voltage is 5.5V typ (IPP = 9A; tp = 8/20μs; Tamb = 25°C)
• Dynamic resistance is 0.23ohm typ (IR = 10A; Tamb = 25°C)
• Rated peak pulse current is 9A max (tp = 8/20µs)
• Electrostatic discharge voltage is 20kV max (IEC 61000-4-2; contact discharge)
• SOD962-2 package, ambient temperature range from -40 to 125°C
