Xccela flash is a high-performance, multiple I/O, SPI-compatible flash memory device. It features security and write protection such as volatile and non-volatile locking and software write protection for each 128KB sector, non-volatile configuration locking and password protection, protection management register offering enhanced security features, program/erase protection during power-up and CRC detects accidental changes to raw data. Electronic signature such as JEDEC-standard 3-byte signature and Extended device ID: two additional bytes identify device factory options. Minimum 100,000 ERASE cycles per sector and data retention of 20years (TYP).
