The PIC24F32KA301-I/SS is a 16-bit 20-pin general purpose Flash Microcontroller with XLP and nanoWatt XLP technology for eXtreme low power consumption. Designed for power constrained and battery powered applications. The microcontroller features unique peripherals like DSBOR, DSWDT and RTCC which run in deep sleep mode for industry leading low power performance.
- Power management modes - Run, doze, idle, sleep and deep sleep
- High-performance CPU - Modified Harvard architecture and up to 16 MIPS operation at 32MHz
- Peripheral - Hardware real-time clock and calendar (RTCC) and multiple serial communication modules
- Analogue - Dual rail-to-rail analogue comparators with programmable input/output configuration
- Low-power wake-up sources and supervisors
- System frequency range declaration bits
- Standard watchdog timer (WDT) with on-chip, low-power RC oscillator for reliable operation
- Programmable high/low-voltage detect (HLVD)
- Standard brown-out reset (BOR) with 3 programmable trip points that can be disabled in sleep
- High-current sink/source (18mA) on all I/O pins
- Programmable reference clock output
- Self-programmable under software control
- In-Circuit Serial Programming™ (ICSP™) and In-Circuit Debug (ICD) via 2 pins
- Standard voltage range flash program memory
