Panoramica del prodotto
The MAX6348UR44+T is an ultra low power microprocessor (µP) reset circuit in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This supervisory circuit monitors power supplies in µP and digital systems. It provides excellent circuit reliability and low cost by eliminating external components and adjustments when used with 2.5V, 3V, 3.3V and 5V powered circuits. The circuit performs a single function that is it asserts a reset signal whenever the VCC supply voltage declines below a preset threshold keeping it asserted for at least 100ms after VCC has risen above the reset threshold. The device mostly used in computers, intelligent instruments, critical µP and µC, controllers and battery powered equipment.
- Supply voltage range from 1.2V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Ultra low supply current of 1µA(max)
- Reset threshold voltage is 4.38V
- Fully specified over temperature
- No external components are required
- Available in open-drain reset (complimentary) version
- Power supply transient immunity
- Computers: Desktop, Workstation, Server; Controllers; Critical µP and µC Power Monitoring; Intelligent Instruments; Portable Battery-Powered Equipment
