DG413CY+T

The DG413CY+T is an improved quad SPST analogue switch in 16 pin NSOIC package. This device features low on-resistance matching between switch (3ohm maximum) and on-resistance flatness over the signal range (Δ4ohm max) and low on-resistance switch conduct equally well in either direction. It is used in sample and hold circuits, test equipment, heads-up displays, guidance and control systems, military radios, communication systems, PBX, PABX, battery operated systems, audio signal routing.

• Supply voltage range from 10V to 30V, ±4.5V to ±20V
• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
• Two normally closed (NC) switches and two normally open (NO ) switches
• Plug-in upgrade for industry standard DG413
• Maximum improved charge injection of 10pC
• Improved off leakage current over temperature (<lt/> 5nA at +85°C)
• Withstand electrostatic discharge (2000V min) per method 3015.7
• Maximum RDS(ON) of 80 ohm at 25°C (single supply), low power consumption of 35µW
• Rail to rail signal handling
• TTL/CMOS logic compatible
