The MAX6385XS16D3+T is a single/dual low-voltage, low-power μP reset circuit in 4 pin SC70 package. It is a microprocessor (μP) supervisory circuit monitors power-supply voltages from +1.8V to +5.0V while consuming only 3μA of supply current at +1.8V. Whenever VCC falls below the factory-set reset thresholds, the reset output asserts and remains asserted for a minimum reset timeout period after VCC rises above the reset threshold. Reset thresholds are available from +1.58V to +4.63V, in approximately 100mV increments. Typical applications include computers, controllers, intelligent instruments, critical μP and μC, power monitoring, portable/battery powered equipment and dual voltage systems.
- Operating voltage range from 1V to 5.5V
- Reset threshold voltage is 1.58V
- Supply current is 7μA (VCC = 5.5V, no load)
- Reset threshold tempco is 60ppm/°C, VCC to reset delay is 35μs
- Minimum reset timeout period is 140ms
- Push-pull active-high reset output, debounced manual reset input
- Reset output state valid down to VCC = 1V
- Negative-going VCC transient immunity
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
