XMC4300F100F256AAXQMA1 is an XMC4000 family microcontroller based on the ARM Cortex-M4 processor core. The XMC4300 combines the extended functionality and performance of the ARM Cortex-M4 core with powerful on-chip peripheral subsystems and on-chip memory units. EtherCAT ® node is integrated on an ARM® Cortex ®-M microcontroller with on-chip flash and analogue/mixed signal capabilities with outstanding flash to RAM ratio. Applications include automotive electric pumps and fans 12V, DIN rail power supplies, energy storage systems, EV charging, servo motor drive and control.
