TLE7251VSJXUMA1 is a high speed CAN-transceiver with bus wake-up. It is designed for HS CAN networks in automotive and industrial applications. As an interface between the physical bus layer and the CAN protocol controller, the TLE7251V drives the signals to the bus and protects the microcontroller against interferences generated within the network. Based on the high symmetry of the CANH and CANL signals, the TLE7251V provides a very low level of electromagnetic emission (EME) within a wide frequency range. It provides a digital supply input VIO and a standby mode. It is designed to fulfil the enhanced physical layer requirements for CAN FD and supports data rates up to 2MBit/s. On the basis of a very low leakage current on the HS CAN bus interface the TLE7251V provides an excellent passive behaviour in a power-down state. Potential applications include gateway modules, body control modules (BCM), and engine control units (ECUs).

- Wake-up indication on the RxD output, transmitter supply VCC can be turned off in stand-by mode
- Transmitter supply voltage range from 4.5 to 5.5V
- PG-DSO-8 package, junction temperature range from -40 to 150°C
