REF5QR4780BG115W1TOBO1 is a reference board using the latest CoolSET™ 5th Generation Quasi-Resonant Plus ICE5QR4780BG-1 switching controller. This 15W reference board operates under a wide range input developed with offline SMPS application in mind. It features the new CoolSET™ 5th Generation Quasi Resonant Plus ICE5QR4780BG-1 with 800V integrated MOSFET in DSO-12 package. Suitable for AC-DC power conversion for telecom infrastructure, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HV AC), home appliances and refrigerators and freezers applications.
- Universal input of 85 to 300V AC, 50/6 Hz
- Output 1: 12V and output current 1: 1.16A
- Output 2: 5V and output current 2: 0.2A
