MAX8869EUE25+

The MAX8869EUE25+ is a 1A, microcap, low dropout, linear regulator in 16 pin TSSOP package. This regulator operates in dual mode allowing a fixed output of +2.5V and it supplies 1A of continuous output current. It uses Microcap technology and requires only a small 1µF output capacitor for stability. This device has a 0.8V reference, error amplifier, MOSFET driver, P-channel pass transistor, internal feedback voltage divider, adjustable soft-start function, reset timer and low VOUT comparators. An internal PMOS pass transistor allows low 500µA supply current making this regulator useful for networking and telecom hardware as well as battery-operated equipment.
