The MAX812TEUS+T is a microprocessor (µP) voltage monitor with manual reset input in 4 pin SOT-143 package. This low power µP supervisory circuit used to monitor power supplies in µP and digital systems. It provides an excellent circuit reliability and low cost by eliminating external components and adjustments when used with 5Vpowered or 3V-powered circuits and also provide a debounced manual reset input. It performs a single function, assert a reset signal whenever the VCC supply voltage falls below a preset threshold keeping it asserted for at least 140ms after VCC has risen above the reset threshold. Typically used at computers, controllers, intelligent instruments and critical µP power monitoring and portable/battery powered equipment.
- Single supply range from 1.2V to 5.5V at TA = -40°C to +85°C
