MAX6756UKTD3+T

The MAX6756UKTD3+T is a low power, single voltage window detector in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This low power window detector monitors under voltage/overvoltage conditions on system power supplies. It asserts when monitored voltage is under the under voltage and/or over the overvoltage thresholds. It offers factory fixed voltage thresholds for monitoring system voltages. Ideally used at telecommunications, networking, computers/servers, data storage, power metering, DC-DC converter, modules and automotive.

• Single supply range from 1V to 6V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
• Factory-trimmed window threshold options for 3.3V supply
• Externally adjustable window monitoring options for supplies down to 0.5V
• Single (combined UV/OV) outputs
• VCC overvoltage threshold of 3.713V at SET = VCC, VCC under voltage threshold of 2.888V at SET = VCC
• Manual reset input, 185ms active timeout period
• Immune to short voltage transients, open-drain reset (active low)
• Low 13μA supply current at VCC = 3.6V, no load
• Low voltage operation (outputs valid for VCC down to 1V)
