MAX515CSA+

The MAX515CSA+ is a low power, voltage output, serial 10bit digital to analogue converter (DAC) in 8 pin NSOIC package. It is specified for single +5V power supply operation. The MAX515 draws only 140μA of supply current. It is trimmed for offset voltage, gain and linearity. Hence, no further adjustment is necessary. The buffer of MAX515 is fixed at gain of 2. It is typically used in battery powered test instruments, digital offset and gain adjustment machine and motion control devices.

• INL of ±0.5LSB and DNL of ±1LSB (monotonic) with single +5V supply
• Unipolar offset error of 3LSB and unipolar offset tempco of 3ppm/°C with single +5V supply
• Flexible output ranges from 0V to VDD
• Serial data output for daisy chaining
• Gain error of ±1LSB and gain error tempco of 1ppm/°C with single +5V supply
• Output load regulation of 0.5LSB at VOUT = 2V, RL = 2Kohm with single +5V supply
