The MAX4781EUE+T is a high-speed, low voltage, CMOS 8-channel analogue multiplexer in 16 pin TSSOP package. This device operates with 1.6V to 3.6V single supply. The MAX4781 features 1ohm maximum on-resistance (RON) with 0.4ohm maximum RON matching between channels and 0.2ohm RON flatness when powered from a +3V supply at TA = 25°C. It handles rail to rail analogue signals while consuming less than 3μW of quiescent power. There are two supply inputs VCC and GND. VCC and GND drive the internal CMOS switches and set the limits of the analogue voltage on any switch. Internal reverse ESD protection diodes are connected between each analogue signal input and both VCC and GND. The device is typically used in battery operated equipments and low voltage data acquisition systems.

- Off isolation of -75dB and channel to channel crosstalk of -65dB at f = 10MHz, single +3V supply
- Pin compatible with industry standard 74HC4051 and MAX4617 devices
