The MAX4665ESE+ is a quad SPST CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin NSOIC package. This switch can handle rail to rail analogue signals and the off leakage current is only 5nA max at +85°C. The MAX4665 is ideal in low distortion applications and it is preferred solution over mechanical relays in automatic test equipment or in applications where current switching is required. It has low power requirements and requires less board space. The device is more reliable than mechanical relays. All digital inputs have +0.8V and +2.4V logic thresholds ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using ±15V supplies or a single +12V supply. It is used in audio signal routing, PBX systems and PABX systems.
- Supply voltage range from 4.5V to 36V and ±4.5V to ±20V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Four normally open (NO) switches
- ESD protection is greater than 2KV per method 3015.7
- Maximum on-resistance of 8ohm at TA = +25°C (single supply)
- Maximum on-resistance match between channels is 0.5ohm at TA = +25°C (single supply)
- Charge injection of 25pC at f = 1MHz (single supply)
- Maximum on-resistance flatness over specified signal range is 1.1ohm at TA = +25°C (single supply)
- Crosstalk of -60dB at f = 1MHz (single supply)
