MAX4527CPA+

The MAX4527CPA+ is a phase reversal analogue switch in 8 pin DIP package. This device consists of two normally open and two normally closed CMOS analogue switches arranged in a bridge configuration which operate in single supply or dual supplies. A logic level signal controls whether the input signal is routed through normally or inverted. A low resistance DC path goes from inputs to outputs at all times, yet isolation between the two signal paths is excellent. It is optimized for low power applications and it has a identical analogue switch characteristics but a slower logic level translator and switch driver for lower current consumption.

• Supply voltage range is 4.5V to 36V, ±4.5V to ±18V
• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
• Maximum charge injection is 10pC, maximum charge injection match is 2pC
• Signal paths with ±15V supplies is 175ohm at TA = +25°C
• Break before make time delay of 5ns
• Rail to rail signal handling
• Transition time <lt/> 200ns with ±15V supplies
• ESD protection per method 3015.7 is <gt/>2KV
• TTL/CMOS compatible inputs
• Current consumption is 1µA
