The MAX4489ASA+ is a low noise, low distortion, wide band, rail to rail operational amplifier (op-amp) in 8 pin NSOIC package. This dual op-amp with 42MHz gain bandwidth (GBW) operates in single supply and draws 2.2mA of quiescent supply current per amplifier at VDD = 3V while featuring ultra low distortion of 0.0002% THD+N as well as low input voltage noise density of 4.5nV/√Hz and low input current-noise density of 0.5fA/√Hz. This feature makes the device an ideal choice for applications that require low distortion and/or low noise. It is used in ADC buffers, DAC output amplifiers, low noise microphone/preamplifiers, digital scales and strain gauges/sensor amplifiers.
- Supply voltage range from ±1.35V to ±2.75V, 2.7V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Input common mode voltage range includes ground
- Rail to rail output swings with 1Kohm load
- Slew rate of 10V/μs at AV = +1V/V and full power bandwidth of 1.25MHz at AV = +5V/V
- Excellent DC characteristics, input offset voltage of 70µV at TA = +25°C
- Input bias current of 1pA
- Large signal voltage gain of 120dB (RL = 10Kohm to VDD/2, VOUT = 100mV to (VDD - 125mV))
- CMRR of 115dB at TA = +25°C ((VSS - 0.2V) ≤ VCM ≤ (VDD -1.6V)) and PSRR of 120dB at VDD=2.7V to 5.5V
- Input offset current of ±1pA and internally compensated gain of +5V/V
