The MAX44248AUA+ is a precision, low power, 90µA, dual operational amplifier (op-amp) in 8 pin µMAX package. The device incorporate a patented auto-zero circuit that constantly measures and compensates the input offset to eliminate drift over time and temperature as well as the effect of 1/f noise. It has an integrated EMI filters to reduce high-frequency signal demodulation on the output, unity-gain stable with a 1MHz gain-bandwidth product and low 90µA supply current per amplifier. The low offset, noise specifications and high supply range makes the device an ideal for sensor interfaces and transmitters. It is used in PLC analogue I/O modules, 4mA to 20mA and 0V to10V transmitters and weight scales.
- Supply voltage range is ±1.35V to ±18V, 2.7V to 36V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Very low input voltage offset of 7.5µV (max) at TA = +25°C (VDD = 30V)
- Input offset voltage drift of 30nV/°C (max)
- Input voltage noise density is 50nV/√Hz at 1KHz, rail to rail output
- EMI suppression circuitry, input voltage noise is 0.5µVP-P from 0.1Hz to 10Hz (VDD = 30V)
- Total harmonic distortion plus noise is -100dB at VDD = 30V & CMRR of 140dB at TA = +25°C
- Reduces power for sensitive precision applications
- Gain-bandwidth product is 1MHz & slew rate of 0.7V//μs at VDD = 30V
- EMI rejection ratio of 75dB at f = 400MHz & VDD = 30V
