The MAX4393EUB+ is an ultra-small, low cost, 85MHz dual operational amplifier (op-amp) with rail to rail outputs and disable function in 10 pin µMAX package. This op-amp is unity-gain stable device and combines high speed performance, rail to rail outputs and disable mode. It is targeted for applications where an input or an output is exposed to the outside world such as video and communications. This dual-supply, rail to rail, voltage feedback amplifier employ current feedback techniques to achieve 85MHz -3dB bandwidth, 27MHz 0.1dB gain flatness and 500V/µs slew rate. It has an excellent harmonic distortion and differential gain/phase performance which makes this amplifier an ideal choice for a wide variety of video and RF signal processing applications. It is used in analogue to digital converter interface, digital cameras, set-top boxes, surveillance video systems, CCD imaging systems, video-on-demand and video line driver.
- Single 4.5V to 11V or dual ±2.25V to ±5.5V operation, -40°C to 85°C operating temperature range
- Disable mode sets the outputs to high impedance while consuming only 450μA of current
- 5mV input offset voltage at TA = +25°C and 2.5µA input bias current with single supply
- 0.2µA input offset current, 95dB CMRR, 55mA output current at RL = 75Ω to VCC (single supply)
- Input common-mode range extends to VEE
- Low differential gain of 0.015%
- Low differential phase of 0.015°
- Low distortion at 5MHz, -59dBc spurious-free dynamic range
- High output drive of ±50mA
- 28ns settling time to 0.1% and 30MHz large signal 0.1dB gain flatness with single supply
