MAX1935ETA+T

The MAX1935ETA+T is a low voltage, low dropout (LDO) linear regulator in 8 pin TQFN package. The device operates from 2.25V to 5.5V supply and delivers 500mA load current. The high accuracy (±1.5%) output voltage is preset at an internally trimmed voltage. An internal PMOS pass transistor allows low 210μA supply current making this device ideal for base stations and docking stations. The MAX1935 also includes an active-low, power-OK output that indicates when output is out of regulation.

• ±1.5% output voltage accuracy at TA = +25°C, IOUT = 100mA
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 4.5V
• Low ground current of 210μA at IOUT = 1mA and shutdown current of 0.02μA at TA = 0°C to +85°C
• Thermal overload protection and output current limit
• 0.125%/V maximum line regulation (VIN from (VOUT + 100mV ) to 5.5V, ILOAD=5mA) at TA=0°C to +85°C
• Load regulation of 15.5ppm/mA (IOUT = 1mA to 500mA, TA = 0°C to +85°C)
