The MAX14756EUE+ is a quad SPST analogue switch in 16 pin TSSOP package. This analogue switch conducts equally well in both directions and it has rail to rail analogue signal range. It operates with a single +10V to +70V supply in unipolar applications or ±35V dual supplies in bipolar applications. The bipolar supplies can be offset and do not have to be symmetrical. The MAX14756 has low on-leakage current of 0.01nA with dual supplies. It is specified over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C but can be operated up to +125°C with elevated leakage currents. The device is suitable for battery management, environmental control systems, ATE system, multitude of analogue signal routing and switching applications.
- Quad normally closed (NC) SPST switch
- Overvoltage/undervoltage clamping through protection diodes
- Supply current of 500μA
- On-resistance flatness is 0.004ohm with dual supply
- Maximum on-resistance of 10 ohm with single supply
- Maximum on-resistance matching between channels is 0.5ohm with single supply
- Off leakage current of 2.5nA with single supply
- Functionally compatible to DG411 device
- Off isolation of 65dB at f = 100KHz and crosstalk of 96dB with dual supply
- -3dB bandwidth of 145MHz and charge injection of 580pC with dual supply
