MAX11608EEE+

The MAX11608EEE+ is a low power, 8-channel, I2C, 10bit analogue to digital converter (ADC) in ultra small 16 pin QSOP package. The device operates from a single supply and consumes 670µA (typ) at sampling rate up to 94.4Ksps and supply current falls below 230µA for sampling rates under 40Ksps. AutoShutdown feature power down the device between conversions, reduces supply current to less than 1µA at low throughput rates. The fully differential analogue inputs are software configurable and full scale analogue input range is determined by the internal reference of 4.096V or by an externally applied reference voltage ranging from 1V to VDD.

• High speed I2C compatible serial interface (400KHz fast mode, 1.7MHz High speed mode)
• Features internal clock
• 8 channel single ended or 4 channel fully differential inputs

• Low power 60µA at 10Ksps, 6µA at 1Ksps and 0.5µA in power down mode
• Software configurable unipolar/bipolar
