LTC2372CUH-16#PBF is a low noise, high speed, 8-channel 16bit successive approximation register (SAR) ADC. Operating from a single 5V supply, this device has a highly configurable, low crosstalk 8-channel input multiplexer, supporting fully differential, pseudo-differential unipolar and pseudo-differential bipolar analogue input ranges. It has an onboard low drift (20ppm/°C max) 2.048V temperature-compensated reference and a single-shot capable reference buffer. An internal oscillator sets the conversion time, easing external timing considerations. It dissipates only 27mW and automatically naps between conversions, leading to reduced power dissipation that scales with the sampling rate. A sleep mode is also provided to reduce the power consumption of the device to 300μW for further power savings during inactive periods. Applications include programmable logic controllers, industrial process control, high speed data acquisition, portable or compact instrumentation, and ATE.

- Differential linearity error is 0.5LSB max at (fully differential, (TA = 25°C))
- 22MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (TA = 25°C and AIN = -1dBFS)
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C, 48-lead plastic LQFP package
