LTC2325CUKG-12#PBF is a low noise, high-speed quad 12bit + sign successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with differential inputs and wide input common mode range. Operating from a single 3.3V or 5V supply, the LTC2325-12 has an 8VP-P differential input range, making it ideal for applications that require a wide dynamic range with high common mode rejection. The LTC2325-12 achieves ±0.5LSB INL typical, no missing codes at 12 bits and 77dB SNR. It has an onboard low drift (20ppm/°C max) 2.048V or 4.096V temperature-compensated reference. This device also has a high-speed SPI-compatible serial interface that supports CMOS or LVDS. The fast 5Msps per channel throughput with one cycle latency makes the device ideally suited for a wide variety of high-speed applications. It dissipates only 45mW per channel and offers nap and sleep modes to reduce the power consumption to 26μW for further power savings during inactive periods.

- 95MHz typical -3dB input bandwidth at (TA = 25°C and AIN = -1dBFS)
- Aperture jitter is 1psRMS typical at (TA = 25°C and AIN = -1dBFS)
- Aperture delay is 500ps typical at (TA = 25°C and AIN = -1dBFS)
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C, 52-lead plastic QFN package
