LT6700HS6-2#TRMPBF combines two-micropower, low-voltage comparator with a 400mV reference. Operating with supplies from 1.4V up to 18V, this device draws only 6.5µA, making it ideal for low voltage system monitoring. Hysteresis is included in the comparator, easing design requirements to ensure stable output operation. The comparator has one input available externally, the other inputs are connected internally to the reference. The comparator outputs are open collector and the output load can be referred to any voltage up to 18V, independent of supply voltage. The output stage sinking capability is guaranteed to be greater than 5mA over temperature. Applications include battery-powered system monitoring, threshold detectors, window comparators, relay driving, industrial control systems, handheld instruments, automotive monitoring, and controls.
- Total threshold error is ±1.25% max at 25°C
- Over-The-Top® Input also includes ground
- Open-collector outputs low level translation
- Rising input threshold voltage range from 390 to 411mV (VS = 1.4V, -40°C ≤ TA ≤ 125°C)
- Falling input threshold voltage range from 381.5 to 405.5mV (VS = 1.4V, -40°C ≤ TA ≤ 125°C)
- Output low voltage is 250mV max (VS = 1.4V, IOUT = 0.1mA, -40°C ≤ TA ≤ 125°C)
- Supply current is 16µA max (VS = 1.4V, -40°C ≤ TA ≤ 125°C)
- HYS = VTH(R) – VTH(F) range from 2 to 13.5mV (VS = 1.4V, 5V, 12V, 18V, RL = 100k, VO = 2V Swing)
- 6 lead TSOT-23 package, temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
