The LM4040AIM3-4.1+T is an improved precision micropower shunt voltage reference in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This two terminal shunt mode band gap voltage reference is ideal for space critical applications. The laser trimmed resistors ensure precise initial accuracy of 0.1% with ±30ppm/°C temperature coefficient (IR = 10mA). The LM4040A has 50μA minimum shunt operating current capability with low dynamic impedance which ensures stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy over a wide range of operating temperatures and currents. This device does not require an external stabilizing capacitor while ensuring stability with any capacitive load.
- Fixed reverse breakdown voltage of 4.096V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Low wideband output noise of 64μVrms (10Hz to 10KHz, IR=100μA)
- Reverse breakdown voltage tolerance of ±4.1mV
- Reverse dynamic impedance of 0.5ohm (IR = 1mA, f = 120Hz, IAC = 0.1IR)
