DG509ACJ+

The DG509ACJ+ is a monolithic CMOS analogue multiplexer in 16 pin DIP package. The device is a differential 4-channel (2 of 8) multiplexer, this multiplexer will not latchup if the power supply is turned off with the input signal still present. It has faster enable switching times and significantly lower leakage currents, consumes significantly less power, making it ideal for portable equipment.
