The DG411FEUE+ is a quad, rail to rail, fault protected, SPST analogue switch in 16 pin TSSOP package. This switch has fault protected inputs and rail to rail signal handling capability, it's unique operation and construction differ considerably from traditional fault-protection switch with several advantages. The device is pin compatible with industry standard DG411, all terminals are protected from overvoltage faults up to ±36V with Power-on and ±40V with power off. It is used in communication systems, data acquisition, avionics and redundant/backup systems.
- Supply voltage range is 9V to 36V, ±4.5V to ±20V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- No power supply sequencing required
- All switches off with power off
- Switches off when V+ is off and V- is on
- Control line fault protection from V- (- 0.3V) to V- (40V)
- Four normally closed (NC) switches
- Typical fault response time is 20ns
- Maximum RON with ±12V supplies is 85ohm at +25°C (single supply)
- TTL and CMOS compatible logic inputs
