ADP1764ACPZ-R7

ADP1764ACPZ-R7 is a low-noise, low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator. It is designed to operate from a single input supply with an input voltage as low as 1.10V, eliminating the need for an external bias supply to increase efficiency. The regulator can provide up to 4A of output current (IOUT). With a low 47mV typical dropout voltage at a 4A load, the device can operate with a small headroom while maintaining regulation and providing better efficiency. Applications include regulation for noise-sensitive devices such as radio frequency (RF) transceivers, analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) and digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) circuits, phase-locked loops (PLLs), voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs), and clocking integrated circuits. It is also suitable for field-programmable gate array (FPGA) and digital signal processor (DSP) supplies, as well as medical, healthcare, industrial, and instrumentation applications.

• Fixed output voltage accuracy is +0.75% maximum at (IOUT = 100mA, TA = 25°C)
• Dropout voltage is 40mV typical at (IOUT = 3A, VOUT = 1.2V, TA = 25°C), adj output voltage
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 16-lead LFCSP package
