ADA4891-1ARJZ-RL is a single channel, high-speed amplifier that offers high performance at a low cost. It features true single-supply capability, with an input voltage range that extends 300mV below the negative rail. In spite of their low cost, this device provides high performance and versatility. The rail-to-rail output stage enables the output to swing to within 50mV of each rail, enabling maximum dynamic range. It is ideal for imaging applications, such as consumer video, CCD buffers, and contact image sensor and buffers. Low distortion and fast settling time also make them ideal for active filter applications. It is used in applications such as automotive infotainment systems, automotive driver assistance systems, imaging, consumer video, active filters, coaxial cable drivers, clock buffers, photodiode preamp, contact image sensor and buffers.

- Slew rate is 170V/μs typical at (5V operation, G = +2, VO = 2V step, 10% to 90%)
- Settling time to 0.1% is 28ns typical at (5V operation, G = +2, VO = 2V step)
- Bandwidth for 0.1dB gain flatness is 25MHz typical at (5V operation, TA = 25°C)
- Differential gain error is 0.05% typical at (5V operation, G = +2, RL = 150 ohm to 2.5V)
- Differential phase error is 0.25° typical at (5V operation, G = +2, RL = 150 ohm to 2.5V)
- Wide supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V
- Quiescent current per amplifier is 4.4mA typical at (5V operation, TA = 25°C, VS = 5V)
- Output current is 125mA typical at (5V operation, 1% THD with 1MHz, VO = 2V p-p)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C, package style is 5-lead SOT-23
