ADA4805-1AKSZ-R7 is a high-speed voltage feedback, rail-to-rail output amplifier. Despite being low power, this amplifier provides excellent overall performance. It offers a high bandwidth of 105MHz at a gain of +1, a high slew rate of 160V/µs, and a low input offset voltage of 125µV (maximum). A shutdown pin allows further reduction of the quiescent supply current to 2.9µA. For power sensitive applications, the shutdown mode offers a very fast turn-on time of 3µs. This allows the user to dynamically manage the power of the amplifier by turning the amplifier off between ADC samples. It is used in applications such as high resolution, high precision analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) drivers, battery-powered instrumentation, micropower active filters, portable point of sales terminals, active RFID readers, photo multipliers, ADC reference buffers.

- Settling time to 0.1% is 35ns typical at (±5V supply, G = +1, VOUT = 2V step, TA = 25°C)
- Rail-to-rail outputs, input voltage noise is 5.2nV/√Hz typ at (f = 100kHz, ±5V supply)
- Input bias current is 550nA typical at (±5V supply, TA = 25°C)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 130dB typical at (±5V supply, VIN, CM = -4V to +4V)
- Input current noise is 0.7pA/√Hz typical at (±5V supply, f = 100kHz)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C, package style is 6-lead SC70
