AD8065WARTZ-R7 is a voltage feedback amplifier with FET inputs offering high performance and ease of use. The AD8065 is a single amplifier. This amplifier is developed in the Analog Devices, Inc. proprietary XFCB process and allow exceptionally low noise operation (7nV/√Hz and 0.6fA/√Hz) as well as very high input impedance. With a wide supply voltage range from 5V to 24V, the ability to operate on single supplies, and a bandwidth of 145MHz, this device is designed to work in a variety of applications. For added versatility, the amplifiers also contain rail-to-rail outputs. Despite the low cost, the amplifiers provide excellent overall performance. The differential gain and phase errors of 0.02% and 0.02°, respectively, along with 0.1dB flatness out to 7MHz, make this amplifier ideal for video applications. It is used in applications such as automotive driver assistance systems, photodiode preamps, filters, A/D drivers, level shifting, buffering.

- Quiescent current per amplifier is 6.4mA typical at (TA = 25°C, VS = ±5V, RL = 1Kohm)
- Power supply rejection ratio is -100dB typical at (TA = 25°C, VS = ±5V, RL = 1Kohm)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +105°C, package style is 5-lead SOT-23
