AD8065ARZ

AD8065 is a high performance, FastFET op-amp. It is a single amplifier. This amplifier is developed in the Analog Devices, Inc. proprietary XFCB process and allow exceptionally low noise operation (7.0nV/√Hz and 0.6fA/√Hz) as well as very high input impedance. With a wide supply voltage range from 5V to 24V, the ability to operate on single supplies, and a bandwidth of 145MHz, the device is designed to work in a variety of applications. For added versatility, the amplifier also contain rail-to-rail outputs. It is widely used in application such as automotive driver assistance systems, photodiode preamps, filters, A/D drivers, level shifting, buffering etc.

• Settling time to 0.1% is 55ns typ at (G = +2, VO = 2V step)
• Slew rate is 180V/µs typ at (G = +2)
• Low offset voltage is 0.4mV typ
• High common-mode rejection ratio is −100dB typ
• SFDR is −88dBc typ at 1MHz
• Quiescent current per amplifier is 6.4mA typ
• Operating temperature is −40°C to +85°C
• Package style is 8-lead SOIC-N
